When you place an order, your payment provider reserves the amount for us. We only take the money for the item once it’s shipped. If you cancel the order before that, your bank or card issuer should release the amount to you within 5-7 working days.
It’s free within the U.S., if you choose standard shipping. We also ship international orders for free if they are over $300. All shipments are insured and risk-free. We fully insure your package from the moment it leaves us to when it arrives at your door.
Yes, we do. In fact, we ship to over 64 countries worldwide for free, if the order is over US $500. If it’s under US $300, there’s a charge of US $40. You’ll also need to pay the local import duties/ taxes as applicable in the country of import.
For the most part, we use UPS, FedEx and DHL for all orders. In rare cases, we use USPS for US orders.

Shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses go via the US Post Office and may take up to three weeks to reach their destination.
Nobody should experience it, in our opinion. You should not be concerned, though, in case it does. We will assume full responsibility if your package gets lost in transit because ours is properly insured. Typically, it takes the carrier 8–10 working days to look into the matter and declare the shipment lost.

Our website uses rendered images of our products. You get a different kind of buying experience using render images. The gemstones in the pictures may not exactly match the real gemstone in terms of quality. However, we only provide you the finest jewels.
We’re not pleased if you’re not happy. It is therefore encouraged that you replace your purchase or return it for a complete refund if you are not entirely satisfied. You have thirty days to complete that task, albeit we’ve extended it during the holidays.
